8/17/2019: Special Service Award for Leslie WA3QLW
The ARRL has awarded a Special Service Award to Leslie WA3QLW for her many years
of service, starting in Air Force MARS in the 1960s and continuing to this day
as net manager for the Colorado Traffic Net and Western Area Net.
Steve Ewald WV1X, supervisor for the ARRL Field Organization Team memorialized
the award with a plaque that reads

In recognition of
outstanding contributions to
the Colorado Traffic League,
the National Traffic System,
and the Amateur Radio Community.

The plaque was presented to Leslie by Colorado Section Manager WM0G.
